The cost depends on the task: finding and buying, selling, supporting a deal you’ve already found, or a complex case with an inheritance and shares are different amounts of work.
I name the price after our first conversation, once I understand the task, and put it in the contract. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation.
Money is never handed over “hand to hand.” Payments go through a secure escrow account at a bank, a letter of credit or a safe deposit box: the seller gets the money only after the transfer of ownership is registered.
No receipts “on trust” and no gray schemes. I’ll explain in advance which payment method suits your deal.
The ownership history, mortgages, arrests and other encumbrances, debts on the apartment, who is registered there, whether any of the owners are children, and whether a spouse’s or guardianship authority’s consent is needed.
