Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This policy sets out how the limited liability company “PROSPECT-M” (PROSPECT-M LLC) (TIN (INN) 7727288634, OGRN 1167746397070) (hereinafter, the operator) processes and protects the personal data of visitors to the butikm.ru website (hereinafter, the website). The policy has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.

The policy applies to all information that the operator may receive about a visitor while the website is being used. When submitting a request, the visitor separately gives their consent to the processing of personal data.

2. What data we receive

• name;
• phone number;
• email address, if you provided it;
• information about your request: which services are ticked in the form and which page the request was sent from;
• technical data: IP address, information about the browser and device, addresses of the pages visited, date and time of the visit, cookies.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health or beliefs, etc.) or biometric data.

3. Why we process it

• to respond to a request: to call you back, write to you, give a consultation;
• to prepare, conclude and perform a contract for the provision of services;
• to make the website work properly and, with your consent, to collect anonymized visit statistics and make the website more convenient.

4. Legal grounds

Your consent to the processing of personal data (Clause 1, Part 1, Article 6 of Law 152-FZ) and the need to conclude or perform a contract to which you are a party (Clause 5, Part 1, Article 6 of Law 152-FZ).

5. How we process data

Processing is carried out with and without the use of automation tools and includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction.

The recording, systematization, accumulation and storage of the personal data of Russian citizens are carried out in databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation (Part 5, Article 18 of Law 152-FZ): requests from the website are saved on a server in Russia and are delivered to the mailbox prospectm@bk.ru.

To respond to a request quickly, its content (name, phone number, information about the request) may be sent to the operator’s employees through the Telegram messenger. Such a transfer may be cross-border; it is carried out in the manner established by Article 12 of Law 152-FZ and only to the extent needed to respond to the request.

Other than this, we do not pass your data to third parties, except for the hosting provider and the email service that keep the website and email running, and cases expressly provided for by law.

6. How long we keep data

Until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years from your last contact, or until consent is withdrawn. After that, the data is destroyed within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
