Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of personal data” in the form on the butikm.ru website and submitting a request, I, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the limited liability company PROSPECT-M (PROSPECT-M LLC) (TIN (INN) 7727288634, OGRN 1167746397070), address: Moscow, 11 Kerchenskaya St., bldg. 2, apt. 13 (hereinafter the “operator”), my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. What data

Name; telephone number; email address, if I have provided it; details of my request (the services selected, the page from which the request was sent).

2. Purpose

To process my request and contact me, to advise me, and to prepare and conclude a contract for services.

3. Actions

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, both with and without the use of automated means.

4. Who the data may be passed to

To the operator’s employees, by email and through the Telegram messenger (including cross-border transfer), and to the hosting provider and the email service that keep the site running, only to the extent needed for the purposes stated in clause 2.

5. Term

The consent remains in effect until the purposes of processing have been achieved, but no longer than three years from my last contact, or until it is withdrawn.

6. How to withdraw

I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to prospectm@bk.ru or by sending a letter to: Moscow, 3 Bolotnikovskaya St., bldg. 1, floor 1, premises II. In that case the operator will stop processing and destroy my data within 30 days, unless it has other lawful grounds for processing.

7. Policy
