1. General provisions

This agreement governs the relationship between the limited liability company PROSPECT-M (PROSPECT-M LLC) (TIN (INN) 7727288634, OGRN 1167746397070) (hereinafter the “site owner”) and any visitor to the butikm.ru website (hereinafter the “user”). By using the site, the user accepts the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Information on the site

The materials on the site are for reference only and are not a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The cost, timing and scope of services are set out in the contract after a consultation.

Information on buying property abroad, residence permits, installment plans, taxes and yields is provided for general orientation: the rules in other countries change. Please confirm current terms at a consultation.

3. Rights to materials

The texts, design, photographs, videos, logo and other materials of the site belong to the site owner or are used by it on lawful grounds. They may not be copied or distributed without written permission; quoting is allowed with attribution of the source and a link to the site.

4. The user undertakes

• to provide accurate information about themselves in the forms;
• not to interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to gain access to its service sections;
• not to use the site’s forms to send advertising or spam.

5. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. The site owner makes an effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the site’s materials without a consultation, or for temporary interruptions in the operation of the site.

The site contains links to third-party services: Yandex Maps, Telegram, WhatsApp and others. Their operation is governed by their own rules.

6. Personal data

The data that a user leaves on the site is processed in accordance with the personal data processing policy and on the basis of the consent to personal data processing.

7. Final provisions

The site owner may amend this agreement; the new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page. This agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in court at the location of the site owner after the pre-trial claim procedure (the response period for a claim is 30 days).
