Can I sell an apartment before I receive the inheritance?

No. First you need the certificate of inheritance and your ownership registered. But you can look for a buyer in advance, so you don’t lose time.

How do I sell a share in an apartment?

The share is first offered to the other owners: they have the right to buy it first. If they decline, you can sell the share to another buyer or sell the whole apartment together.

Do I need guardianship authority approval if the owner is a child?

Yes. The guardianship authority gives its approval if the child receives at least as much in return as they had. I’ll tell you what kind of home will work and how to prepare the documents.
